My name is Jennifer (Brian's office manager) and I have lived in Gwinnett county my entire life and have been a team member for just over four years now. I joined Brian’s team in July of 2017. Prior to State Farm, I worked in auto-finance as an underwriter, and eventually became the head of the insurance department. I have a passion for educating consumers on personal & professional insurance policies & ALL State Farm products. I take the necessary time with customers to make sure they understand their products & are comfortable with their policies.

My name is Krystal and I am the newest member of Brian’s team. Prior to joining, and over the past 14 years, I had worked in the Energy Industry. In this role, I negotiated energy agreements based on each of my customers needs; with key focus on avoiding market risk, while achieving significant savings. I take pride in building strong relationships with customers. One of my greatest strengths is customer relations and compassion. It is so important to truly listen to each customer and take the time to support and assist. My years of experience have taught me that customer retention is most often based on providing quality customer service, with personalized attention being given to each ask and request.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, Ben and our two daughters, Brighton and Myers. You’ll find us enjoying all things outdoors, especially hiking!
